Annelise comes to EMPO from Chicago where she worked as an HR generalist/recruiter for a 7,000 employee health care corporation. As a generalist, Annelise worked in all areas of HR; however, she determined that her greatest skills and satisfaction were in employee relations.

To pursue her area of interest, Annelise accepted employment as an HR generalist for a sales company in downtown Chicago. This new opportunity afforded Annelise with progressive employee relations and project management responsibility; it also gave her experience in orchestrating layoffs that the company was undergoing. Knowing that the company was downsizing, Annelise decided to return to the Twin Cities, and in November 2007, she joined EMPO´s HR Consulting Team.

Annelise holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and she provides excellent technical guidance, support, and services to our clients on a daily basis.
