Mr. Reid is the founder of the ProviNet Companies and EMPO Corporation, a leading Minnesota-based professional employer organization (PEO) and human resource outsourcing (HRO) organization.

As EMPO is proudly celebrating its 10th anniversary, it currently services client companies and worksite employees throughout the U.S. in the manufacturing, construction, financial services, retail and non-profit sectors. Under Mr. Reid’s leadership, EMPO employs a full-time staff of 25 and collaborates with numerous adjunct consultants and partner companies. EMPO is dedicated to excellence, learning and collaboration to enhance its processes, offerings and culture.

Mr. Reid is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Business and its Executive Leadership Course. Prior to founding the ProviNet Companies and EMPO Corporation, Mr. Reid played professional football (Philadelphia Eagles) and served as a registered representative with Titan Value Equities Group for New Era Financial Services.

Mr. Reid is dedicated to community involvement. He is a member of the Midwest Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA), the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Minnesota (HCCM), the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and also participates in numerous charitable organizations.
