Dan Fouberg graduated from Augustana College with a bachelor´s degree in both business and health care administration. After graduating, Dan went on to pursue his master´s degree at the University of Minnesota where he earned his MBA with an emphasis in finance. Before joining EMPO Corporation, Dan served as an equity analyst for a money management firm where he assisted in the management of $500 million in private assets and helped launch and manage mutual funds. In addition to Dan´s financial experience, he served as a corporate analyst for Frito-Lay.

Dan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, as well as, numerous NASD licenses.

Dan and his wife, Nancy, have a daughter and a son. The Foubergs are active in their church and community.
