Don McGruder has a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota, is OSHA 500-certified through the Minnesota Safety Council, and has worked in a variety of safety management and/or consultant positions since 2005. Don specializes in injury and accident reduction by means of training, pre-task planning, and ensuring OSHA compliance. He is certified to teach OSHA 10 and 30 courses, training which some of our clients require, as well as many other topics. He has worked extensively with workers´ compensation claims and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. We are delighted to welcome Don to our EMPO team, and we are confident he will serve our clients very well.
