James holds a Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resource Management as well as an Associate´s Degree in Criminal Justice. Recently James passed the certification exam for the SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) PHR (Professionals in Human Resources). Formerly a Marine Inspector for nearly 10 years with the United States Coast Guard, James inspected commercial water-going vessels and waterfront facilities enforcing United States Code of Regulations safety codes. James received a prestigious honor, the United States Coast Guard Commandant´s Letter of Commendation, for a serious marine safety violation for which James was the primary marine safety officer in detecting and intervening on the event. Additionally, James is a former licensed sheriff´s deputy for two Minnesota counties. James also has an extensive background in sales and security services as well.
