Jodi Goda earned her bachelor´s degree in administrative management and a minor in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Following graduation, Jodi worked in management and also as a recruiter for a Philadelphia-based retailer. In 1998, Jodi returned to the Midwest and joined ProviNet Financial, an EMPO Corporation partner. That same year, Jodi began her master´s studies at Eastern University where she earned an MBA with an emphasis in human resources. In 2000, Jodi joined EMPO Corporation.

Jodi and her husband, Mike, live in Lakeville, Minnesota.
