Okay, Let's Talk 3 Meters Above the Sky Part 3

So, Tre Metri Sopra il Cielo 3 (or 3MSC 3 for short). We all waited for it, right? Some more patiently than others, I might add. But was it everything we dreamed of? Hmm...

Let's be real. Hache is back, older, maybe a little wiser (jury's still out on that one). But he's got a new leading lady, right? And Babi is... well, she's around.

Unpopular Opinion Alert!

Here's where I might lose some of you. I'm going to say it: I wasn't entirely convinced by this third installment. Sorry, not sorry! 😜

I love a good love triangle. I really do. But sometimes, it feels like they just recycle the drama. You know? Like we've seen this all before.

Hache's character development? Debatable. Was he really *that* different from the reckless young dude we met in the first movie? I'm not so sure. He seemed to mellow out. But it wasn't enough for me.

I missed the raw intensity of the first film. Remember those epic motorcycle scenes? The forbidden romance? The sheer angst? That's what made 3MSC what it was.

Don't get me wrong, the scenery was gorgeous. Spain always looks amazing on screen. But pretty visuals can only take you so far, you know?

Was It Just Me?

The new girl? She was okay. Cute, charming. But did she have that spark with Hache that *Babi* did? Nah. Not in my opinion.

Maybe it's nostalgia talking. Maybe I'm just too attached to the original. But I felt like something was missing. That "something" being the electric chemistry between Hache and Babi.

I get it. People change. Relationships evolve. But did it have to evolve into *this*? Was all of this drama neccessary?

"Maybe I'm just too old-fashioned. I wanted them to end up together forever."

And what about Babi? Her appereances were sparse. She's moved on. But it felt like we deserved more closure. Didn't she deserve happiness, too?

It's like they wanted to acknowledge the past. But not *really* explore it. Like a brief flashback instead of a full therapy session.

Maybe I'm being harsh. Maybe I expected too much. But when a movie series makes such a huge impact, the ending needs to deliver. And for me, 3 Meters Above the Sky Part 3 just didn't quite reach those heights.

Also, the plot twists? Some felt a bit forced, right? Like they were trying too hard to create drama where it didn't naturally exist. Give me a break!

The Verdict?

Look, I'm not saying it was terrible. It had its moments. There were some cute scenes. But overall, it felt like a bit of a letdown.

Would I watch it again? Probably. Because I'm a completionist. But would I recommend it as a must-see? Maybe not. Unless you're *really* invested in seeing how Hache's love life turns out.
