Attack On Titan Season 2 Date Release

The Long Wait is Over… Or Was It? A Hilarious Look Back at Attack on Titan Season 2
Remember the agonizing wait for Attack on Titan Season 2? It felt like an eternity! We were all refreshing our browsers, checking forums, and generally acting like we’d forgotten how to function without giant, man-eating titans on our screens.
Let’s be honest, the wait was legendary. I'm pretty sure I aged five years during that time, and not in a dignified, silver-fox kind of way, but more like a frantic, haven’t-slept-in-days kind of way.
Flashback to 2017: The Year of the Beast Titan
Finally, in April 2017, the glorious news arrived: Season 2 was HERE! The internet exploded. It was like a collective sigh of relief echoed around the world, followed by a mad dash to binge-watch all the episodes.
And what a season it was! We met the Beast Titan, who looked like he’d just stepped out of a Bigfoot convention. He was throwing rocks with unnerving accuracy – like some kind of gigantic, hairy baseball pitcher from hell.
Seriously, that first glimpse of the Beast Titan was something else. It was a moment of, "Okay, things just got a whole lot weirder."
The Mystery Deepens (and So Does the Confusion)
Season 2 didn't shy away from throwing even MORE questions at us. Who are the Titans? What's in Eren's basement (besides dust bunnies, hopefully)? Why does everyone seem to have a secret?
The plot thickened like grandma's gravy, and trying to keep track of all the twists and turns was an Olympic sport in itself.
Remember that scene with Ymir and the can of herring? Bizarre! It made a lot more sense later, of course, but initially, it was just wonderfully, wonderfully strange.
Characters We Love (and Love to Question)
We got to see more of our favorite characters, like the ever-stoic Levi, who probably cracked a smile once... maybe. He was too busy spinning around killing titans with incredible grace.
And let's not forget Eren, constantly grappling with his Titan powers and inner demons. He's basically the poster child for teenage angst, but with a giant, destructive twist.
Mikasa remained the ultimate badass, protecting Eren with an intensity that could melt glaciers. Seriously, don’t mess with Mikasa when Eren is around!
The Cliffhanger That Left Us Hanging (Again!)
Of course, Season 2 ended on a cliffhanger. Because what’s an anime season without a cliffhanger that leaves you screaming at the television? We were left gasping and theorizing for another agonizing wait until Season 3.
Thinking back, the release of Season 2 was a wild ride. It was a testament to the show's incredible popularity and the devotion of its fans.
Even though the wait was long, the experience of watching Season 2 unfold – the shocks, the surprises, and the shared excitement with fellow fans – made it all worthwhile. Plus, who can forget the memes?
Looking Back with a Smile (and Maybe a Little PTSD)
So, let’s raise a glass (of… apple juice? Titan spinal fluid? We’ll go with apple juice) to Attack on Titan Season 2. It was a bizarre, brilliant, and unforgettable chapter in a story that continues to captivate us.
The wait might have been excruciating, but the journey was undeniably epic. And honestly, all that anticipation just made the payoff that much sweeter.
"If you begin to regret, you'll dull your future decisions and let others make choices for you." - Erwin Smith (probably talking about the decision to binge-watch the entire season in one sitting.)
