Breath Of The Wild A Wife Washed Away

Breath of the Wild: Hear Me Out... The Wife's Gone!
Okay, okay, before you sharpen your pitchforks, let's talk. We all adore Breath of the Wild. It's a masterpiece, right?
But... something's been bugging me. I'm going to say it: **Link's wife is gone!**
Missing Spouses of Hyrule: A Deep Dive
Now, I know what you're thinking. "Link doesn't HAVE a wife!" Exactly! That's the problem!
Think about it. A hundred years. A century of slumber. Surely, *somebody* was waiting for him.
We see families, villages thriving. Kids running around asking for monster extract. But no sign of a Mrs. Hero of Time.
The Evidence: Absence Makes the Heart Grow... Suspicious?
Let's examine the clues. Link wakes up naked and amnesiac. Convenient, isn't it? Perfect for a clean slate.
He doesn't recognize anyone. Zelda, sure, but she's a princess. What about a *special someone* back in Hateno Village?
There are no tearful reunions. No angry spouses demanding answers about the past century. Nothing!
He's basically a free agent. A wandering warrior, baking apples and solving puzzles. Suspiciously free.
Possible Theories: Where Did She Go?
Theory 1: She moved on. Fair enough. A hundred years is a long time. Maybe she found a nice Goron and settled down in Death Mountain.
Theory 2: Monster attack! Hyrule is a dangerous place. Bokoblins are everywhere. Maybe she became... Bokoblin food.
Theory 3: She's hiding! Hear me out! Maybe she realized Link's a terrible husband! Always off saving the world, never taking out the trash.
"He never even finished the landscaping!" - Possibly Link's missing wife
Perhaps she's living under an assumed name, running a flower shop in Lurelin Village. Living her best life, far away from Hylian drama.
The Unpopular Opinion: We Deserve Answers!
I know, I know. It's just a game. But isn't it weird? Everyone just accepts that Link is a lone wolf.
Where's the quest to find his lost love? The heart-wrenching dialogue? The awkward family dinner with her new Gerudo boyfriend?
Maybe in *Breath of the Wild 2*, we'll finally get some answers. Maybe we'll find her chilling in a hot spring, finally at peace.
Until then, I'm sticking with my theory. **Link's wife is out there, somewhere. And she's probably much happier without him!**
So next time you're exploring Hyrule, keep an eye out. She might be hiding in plain sight, disguised as a cucco farmer.
And if you see her, tell her I said "You go, girl!"
