Destiny 2 How To Unlock Reckoning Tier 3

Okay, Let's Talk Reckoning Tier 3 (and My Probably Wrong Opinions)
So, you want that sweet, sweet Reckoning Tier 3 gear? Join the club! Everyone and their grandma seems to be farming it for that perfect roll. Frankly, I think it's a bit of a nightmare.
First things first: The infamous synthesizer. You need to upgrade that bad boy! This involves doing bounties. And I hate bounties.
Step One: The Grind is Real
The Drifter gives you these bounties. They're always something like "Kill 50 Hive with Void damage while airborne on Io". Seriously, Drifter? Did you just roll dice to come up with that?
You need to grind out those motes. Motes of Light, Motes of Darkness, Motes of Confusion... I think I hallucinated a mote of awkward silence once. Honestly, by the time you have enough, you'll be seeing motes in your sleep.
"Transmat firing!" - Drifter, right before you question your life choices.
Step Two: Those Pesky Triumphs
Then there are the triumphs. You need to complete Gambit Prime matches. And guess what? Everyone's suddenly a Gambit Prime pro. I swear they practice in their sleep too.
You have to win a few matches. Winning in Gambit Prime feels like herding cats. Cats with rocket launchers. And some of those cats are definitely lag-switching.
Don't forget about invading and killing Guardians. I'm terrible at invading. I usually end up accidentally jumping off the map. So embarrassing.
Step Three: Bank Those Motes (and Maybe Cry a Little)
Finally, after what feels like an eternity, you can upgrade your synthesizer. Congratulations! You’ve unlocked Tier 3! Sort of.
Now you need a powerful mote. This requires more grinding. More bounties. More existential dread. But hey, at least you're one step closer to that God-rolled Spare Rations (if you're lucky, that is).
My Unpopular Opinion: It's Overrated
Okay, here's my hot take. Reckoning Tier 3 isn't even that fun. The bridge section is a chaotic mess. It is a beautiful mess though.
Everyone's spamming supers and heavy ammo. You can't see anything. You just hope you're contributing somehow. I usually end up contributing to the enemy team's kill count.
And the rewards? Sure, you can get some good weapons. But the drop rates can be brutal. Sometimes, I feel like I'm getting more blues than anything else.
So, Why Bother?
Despite all my complaining, I still do it. Because, you know, loot. And FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), of course. Plus, deep down, I secretly enjoy the suffering.
Maybe one day, I'll get that perfect roll. Or maybe I'll just keep dying on the bridge. Either way, happy grinding, Guardians! May the RNG gods be ever in your favor.
Just remember to take breaks. Maybe touch some grass. Or, you know, just complain about it online. That works too.
