Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest Chapter 111

Okay, folks, let's talk Fairy Tail: 100 Year Quest Chapter 111. We all read it, right? Right?!
I've got some thoughts. Some might even be controversial. Buckle up!
That Aldoron Cliffhanger... Again?!
Seriously? We’re still dealing with Aldoron? It feels like we've been stuck on this tree dragon forever.
I love a good dragon, don't get me wrong. But I'm itching for something new.
Maybe a giant sandwich monster? Just throwing it out there.
Natsu's Motion Sickness: Still a Thing
Look, I adore Natsu. He's the heart and soul of Fairy Tail. But his motion sickness is getting old.
It was funny the first few times. Now it just feels… convenient?
Maybe he needs dramamine. Or Erza to just… y'know… punch him until he feels better. (Just kidding! ...Mostly.)
Gray's Development (or Lack Thereof)
Is it just me, or is Gray still the same dude he was back in Magnolia?
He's got the ice powers, the stripping habit, the rivalry with Natsu. Rinse and repeat.
I’d love to see him branch out. Maybe take up knitting? Learn to cook?
Erza: Always Reliable, Sometimes Predictable
Erza Scarlet is a total badass. We all know it. The strongest woman in the guild?
She's always there to save the day. And I appreciate her. I really do.
But sometimes, her invincibility feels a little… plot armor-y. Is that a word?
The Power-Up Problem
Let's be real, power-ups in Fairy Tail can be a bit… sudden.
Someone's losing, then BAM! Friendship! Determination! New power unlocked!
I'm not saying I *don't* enjoy it. I’m just saying I saw it coming a mile away.
Hiro Mashima: The King of Fan Service?
Okay, this might be my spiciest take yet. Hiro Mashima knows his audience. And he gives them what they want.
A little too much, maybe? I appreciate a good ship moment, but sometimes the romance feels forced.
Like, can we focus on saving the world instead of who's holding hands with whom for five seconds?
Unpopular Opinion Time
Here it is. Deep breath.
I think the White Wizard storyline is dragging on. It needs to wrap up soon. Or at least get more interesting.
It had potential. But now it feels like filler before the real big bad shows up.
Overall Thoughts
Don't get me wrong. I still love Fairy Tail. I'm invested in these characters. Always invested.
I just think Chapter 111 had some issues. Some pacing problems. Some familiar tropes.
But hey, there’s always next chapter. Maybe the giant sandwich monster will finally appear!
What did you think of the chapter? Let me know your thoughts! (And please don't yell at me if you disagree.)
In the meantime, I’ll be over here, rereading the Grand Magic Games arc and dreaming of Sting’s fashion choices.
