He Keeps On Blessing Me Over And Over Again

Ever feel like you're just having one of *those* days? You know, the kind where everything seems to go your way, unexpectedly and repeatedly? It's like the universe decided to play your personal lottery, and you keep winning!
That's how I felt last Tuesday. I call it my "Blessing Bonanza" day. It started with finding a twenty-dollar bill in my old jacket pocket. Score! Who doesn't love free money?
The Morning Miracles
The free coffee! Yes, the barista at my usual coffee shop, *Sarah*, gave me my latte on the house. Said I looked like I needed a pick-me-up. Bless her heart!
Then, getting to work, I found the usually jammed parking lot had a space right by the entrance. Like, seriously? It felt like the red sea parting just for my little Honda Civic. Talk about a win!
Lunchtime Luck
At lunch, the sandwich shop was giving away free cookies with every order. I was already getting a sandwich, so free cookie! It's the small things in life, right?
My friend, *Mike*, even offered to pay for my half. Said he owed me for helping him with that spreadsheet last week. I practically skipped back to the office.
The Afternoon Accolades
Back at work, my boss, *Mr. Henderson*, unexpectedly praised my last project during a team meeting. It was a simple project I did, but he loved it. Talk about feeling good!
He even mentioned me to his boss, *Mrs. Davies*. "Top-notch work," she said. Feeling very blessed at this point.
Evening Extravaganza
On the way home, the radio station I was listening to announced my name as the winner of a gift certificate to my favorite bookstore! I never win anything!
I almost drove off the road when I heard *my* name. My luck was really unreal. I was beginning to think someone was playing a trick on me!
And then, to top it all off, when I got home, my partner had made my favorite dinner: lasagna! My absolute weakness. Topped with garlic bread, another blessing!
So What's the Point?
Look, I'm not saying I'm suddenly living some charmed existence. But it made me stop and think. Maybe we all experience these little "Blessing Bonanzas" more often than we realize.
We're often so busy focusing on what's going wrong that we miss the small, unexpected good things that happen throughout the day. A kind word, a free coffee, a perfectly timed parking space. These are blessings as well!
So next time you're feeling down, try to look around. You might be surprised at how many little blessings are being showered your way. Maybe not all in one day, but they're there. Keep your eyes open, and your heart grateful!
Maybe someone is watching over us. Maybe it's just random chance. Who knows? But I am thankful for my "Blessing Bonanza" day. It was a good day. A truly good day. And a reminder to appreciate all the good that comes my way, big or small.
