Head to the room with the Magnet Platform. You can climb the platform to get to a higher level. Be careful of the neighbor.
Once you get to the higher level you need to find a Ladder. The Ladder can be found on the higher platform above the room with the magnets. Now you have all the items that you need!

First, place the ladder against the wall near the metal door. Climb up. Now use the keys on the color lock to unlock the metal door. Freedom!
