The Hidden Stash of a King

Make your way towards the bottom right corner of this area, the location of the palace grounds. Eventually, you'll stumble upon a hidden area, a secret stash of a king. This is where the magic, or rather, the shadow, happens.

You may want to prepare yourself, after all, a difficult boss lurks inside the area. So, get your favorite nail arts ready!

Inside, you will find the Pale King's corpse. A pretty sad situation. But in front of him there is a platform to jump to using your Crystal Heart, and this leads to the next area.

Embrace the Void

Get ready to dive deep inside a dark place, known as the Abyss. This area has special mechanic that can change your colour to black. But don't worry!

Keep descending deeper into this area, until you'll reach a specific gate. You might have seen this gate somewhere else before! Now, simply go inside and you will find what you seek.

After reaching the bottom, there will be the Shade Cloak, which gives you the Shadow Dash! It is like the light at the end of the tunnel, or better yet, a shadow at the end of the void.

Dashing Through Life (and Enemies)

Congratulations! You now possess the power to phase through enemies. No more awkwardly bumping into those pesky shield-wielding bugs. From this point on, you are a *Shadow Dashing* master.
