I Ve Been Chewed Out Before

Okay, let's be honest. Who hasn't been on the receiving end of a good old-fashioned chewing out? It's a universal experience, right up there with stubbing your toe and realizing you're out of milk.

Finding the Funny

Maybe that's the key to surviving a chewing out: finding the humor in it. Or, at least, finding a way to reframe it as a learning experience.

I'm not saying we should actively seek out opportunities to be scolded. But when it happens, try to step back and see the bigger picture.
