Los 7 Rayos Y Sus Meditaciones Diarias

Okay, let's talk about these 7 Rays. I know, I know, it sounds super mystical. Like something out of a fantasy novel. Bear with me.
Each Ray is supposedly a different kind of divine energy. They're all about different qualities. Think of them like spiritual vitamins.
First up, we've got the First Ray of Will and Power. It's red! (Allegedly). It's about being a boss. Unpopular opinion: Sometimes being a boss is overrated. Especially when it involves spreadsheets.
Then there's the Second Ray of Wisdom and Illumination. Yellow and intellectual. My daily meditation for this Ray? Googling how to assemble IKEA furniture. Seems about right.
The Third Ray of Love and Active Intelligence? Pink and creative. Honestly, all that pink makes me crave strawberry ice cream. Is that enlightened or just hungry?
Next! The Fourth Ray of Harmony Through Conflict. It's often emerald green. This Ray screams for diplomacy. Daily meditation? Trying to decide what to watch with my partner. It's always a conflict, let me tell you.
Here comes the Fifth Ray of Concrete Knowledge and Science, orange and logical. Meditating on this? Trying to understand my phone bill. Pretty sure it requires divine intervention.
The Sixth Ray of Devotion and Idealism, the indigo Ray. You should always be devotional. My dedication usually revolves around my morning coffee. Okay, and maybe naps.
And finally, the Seventh Ray of Ceremonial Order and Magic. Violet and transformative. My ceremonial order? Putting on matching socks. A little magic in everyday life!
Now, about those daily meditations... People say you should visualize each Ray. Imagine bathing in its color. Chant a mantra or two.
My meditation is usually more like: "Okay, red light, gotta be productive... or maybe just check Instagram." Don't judge.
Seriously, you're supposed to focus on embodying the qualities of each Ray. Being wise on Tuesday, loving on Wednesday, and so on. Sounds exhausting, right?
Some people are really into this stuff. They have altars and crystals and everything. My altar is my desk. And the crystal is probably just rock candy.
Look, I'm not saying it's not helpful. Maybe focusing on different aspects of yourself each day is a good thing. A self-improvement plan, but, you know, cosmic.
But let's be honest, sometimes I think the 7 Rays are just a fancy way to organize your to-do list. Like "Monday: Be a Leader. Tuesday: Be Smart. Wednesday: Be Nice."
And sometimes, that's exactly what I need. A reminder to be a little more... something. Anything, really, besides stressed about work emails.
So maybe the 7 Rays aren't about magic. Maybe they're just about intention. A little color therapy for the soul.
Or maybe it is magical! Who am I to say? I'm just here trying to figure out if my aura is more beige or off-white today.
Anyway, that's my take on the 7 Rays. Take it or leave it. Maybe go meditate on it. Or just go eat some ice cream. Your choice.
Just, please, don't ask me to explain it to you again. I'm already confused.
