Hear me out! Sometimes, sequels ruin the magic. They try too hard, add unnecessary plot twists, and suddenly Jack Frost is dating a space alien (okay, slight exaggeration!).
Maybe, just maybe, the creators are preserving the original's perfection. *Gasp!* I know, controversial.
But Let's Dream About It Anyway!
That being said...a girl can dream, right? What could Rise of the Guardians 2 even be about?
Could we see a new Guardian join the team? Maybe a Guardian of Laughter? Or the Guardian of Naps (I volunteer!).
I mean, the possibilities are endless!
New Villain, New Threats?
Of course, we need a villain. Pitch was great, but maybe it's time for someone new to cause some chaos.
Perhaps a forgotten fear? The creeping dread of Mondays? The horror of running out of coffee?
Okay, maybe not *exactly* those. But something equally compelling!
What The Fans Really Want
Let's be honest. We all want more of the same awesome character dynamics. Jack Frost and North bickering? Tooth fangirling over teeth? Yes, please!
More of the stunning visuals too! The animation in the first movie was breathtaking.
Imagine what they could do with today's technology!
Why I'm Still Holding Out Hope
Look, I know the odds might be slim. But hope springs eternal, especially around the holidays.
And Rise of the Guardians is practically a holiday movie, isn't it?
So, I'm choosing to believe that one day, we'll get that announcement. That glorious news that Rise of the Guardians 2 is officially happening.
In the Meantime...
We can re-watch the original a million times. Analyze every frame. Write fan fiction (guilty!).
