Season 3 My Hero Academia Release Date

My Hero Academia Season 3: Was it *Really* That Good? (An Unpopular Opinion)
Okay, let's talk about My Hero Academia. Specifically, Season 3. Remember all the hype? It felt like everyone was losing their minds waiting for the release date.
It finally dropped, and BAM! Explosions, fights, and plus ultra everything. Everyone seemed to agree: Season 3 was AMAZING!
But...was it, though? Hear me out. I might have a slightly different take on this.
The "Summer Training Camp" Arc: Overhyped?
The main event of Season 3 was the Summer Training Camp arc. We got villains attacking, students pushed to their limits, and the terrifying All For One making his grand entrance.
Sounds epic, right? Well, parts of it were. But let's be honest, some of it felt... dragged out.
Did we really need three episodes of Kota complaining about heroes? I get character development, but come on!
And speaking of dragging, the battle against the Forest Training Camp villains felt somewhat anticlimactic. It took forever!
All For One vs. All Might: Epic, But Flawed?
Okay, I'll admit it. All For One versus All Might was visually stunning. The animation was top-notch and the stakes were incredibly high.
But I have one question: Was the setup really the best it could be? It feels like All For One was just standing in place for a while waiting for All Might. The whole scenario felt kind of forced.
Plus, the emotional impact, while powerful, felt a little... manufactured? I'm not saying it wasn't sad. Just that it felt like the show was *trying* too hard to make me cry.
The "Hideout Raid" Arc: A Little Too Edgy?
After the big fight, we got the "Hideout Raid" arc. This was where things got dark, and the show attempted to make it an extremely emotional moment to get Bakugo back.
While it was nice to see the class working together, the whole thing felt a little too edgy for its own good. The whole "rescue Bakugo" theme felt contrived to add to the drama of the story.
What Could Have Been Better?
Maybe it's just me, but Season 3 felt a bit uneven. There were high points, absolutely. But there were also parts that felt rushed or unnecessary.
Perhaps the pacing could have been tighter. Maybe some of the side characters could have gotten more development.
Maybe, just maybe, the show needed more focus on the heroes we like and the villains we are only starting to love.
Final Thoughts: Still Good, Just Not *Perfect*
Don't get me wrong. I still enjoyed Season 3 of My Hero Academia. It's a fun show with awesome characters and exciting battles.
But I think it's okay to admit that it wasn't a flawless masterpiece. It had its flaws. It definitely wasn't the best of the series.
So, what do you think? Am I completely off base here? Or did anyone else feel like Season 3 was a little overhyped? Let me know!
