Baby Groot Steals the Show (Again!)

Let's be honest, Baby Groot could read the phone book and I'd watch. He's just so darn cute!

His awkward innocence, paired with his surprisingly violent tendencies? Comedy gold.

Remember him struggling with the detonator button? Iconic!

Ego: More Than Just a Villain

Kurt Russell as Ego is perfect casting. He's charming, powerful, and utterly terrifying.

His plan to terraform the galaxy is definitely evil. But his relationship with Peter Quill is…complicated.

Seeing Peter grapple with wanting a father, but knowing Ego is a monster, is genuinely compelling.

The Soundtrack Slaps

The soundtrack is, once again, incredible. From "Mr. Blue Sky" to "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)", every song is perfect.

It's like James Gunn raided my parents' record collection and turned it into a cinematic masterpiece.

You can't help but tap your foot, even during the intense action scenes.

Drax Being Drax

Drax, played by Dave Bautista, continues to be a hilarious scene-stealer. His literal interpretations of everything are priceless.

His inability to understand metaphors? Pure comedic genius. He's the lovable, muscle-bound oaf we didn't know we needed.

His awkward attempts at comforting Mantis are heartwarming and funny.

The Visuals Are Stunning

Guardians 2 is a visual feast. The planets are vibrant and alien, the space battles are epic, and Ego's planet is mind-bending.

The use of color is particularly striking. It feels like a psychedelic comic book come to life.

It’s just a beautiful movie to watch, even if you’re not totally invested in the plot.

Is it Perfect? Nope. But…

Okay, Guardians 2 isn't without its flaws. The plot might be a little less focused than the first one.

And some of the jokes might fall flat for some people. But hear me out...

It’s a movie about found family, confronting your past, and the importance of dancing to your own weird beat.

My Unpopular Opinion: It's Better Than the First One!

Yes, I said it! Maybe it’s the more emotional storyline. Maybe it’s the stronger character development.

Or maybe, just maybe, I'm a sucker for Kurt Russell playing a celestial being with daddy issues.

Whatever the reason, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 holds a special place in my heart. It's a fun, funny, and visually stunning movie that deserves more love.
