Okay, people, let's talk. The What We Do In The Shadows Season 6 trailer dropped. And… I have some thoughts. Maybe some unpopular thoughts. Buckle up.

The Trailer Feels… Familiar?

Did anyone else get a "we've seen this before" vibe? It’s not bad, don't get me wrong! But is it just me, or is the formula getting a little…predictable?

Nandor's Still Obsessed (Shocker!)

Of course Nandor is still hung up on finding love. He's been searching for centuries! Will he ever find his one true *ishka*? I'm starting to think maybe he should just get a dog.

And is he STILL relying on the djinn? Dude, get some therapy! Seriously.

Laszlo's Still the Best (Obviously)

Laszlo Cravensworth, everyone. Still the coolest vampire on Staten Island. His deadpan delivery kills me every time. He could read a grocery list and I'd be entertained.

Honestly, I'm just here for more of his ridiculous experiments and grumpy pronouncements. Give Laszlo all the screen time!

Nadja's Business Ventures Continue?

Nadja is probably building another weird business, right? Something involving cursed artifacts, probably. It’s always something with her, isn't it?

I'm secretly hoping she opens a vampire-themed daycare. Think of the possibilities! Tiny capes! Miniature coffins!

Colin Robinson… Being Colin Robinson

Ah, Colin Robinson. Energy vampire extraordinaire. He's probably still draining people with boring stories. Bless his monotonous heart.

I'm starting to think his power comes from my genuine confusion regarding his existence. He’s the best at being the worst.

Guillermo's Still Dealing With It

Poor Guillermo. Still putting up with everyone's crap. When will he finally snap?

My unpopular opinion: I'm kind of hoping he goes full vampire slayer. Imagine him dusting all of them! The irony would be delicious.

The Jokes… Are They Still Landing?

The humor is… well, it's the same. Slapstick, awkward situations, and witty banter. Are they pushing the envelope anymore?

I'm not saying it's not funny. But I'm worried the show is relying too much on tried-and-true gags. Need. More. Originality.

The Real Question: Where's the Plot?

Okay, trailer, I see the jokes. I see the familiar characters. But what's the actual story this season? Is there one?

I’m hoping for a big, overarching plot. Something that ties everything together. Or at least an episode where they all have to do jury duty.

Overall… Cautiously Optimistic

Don't get me wrong, I love What We Do In The Shadows. It's one of the funniest shows on TV. But I'm also a little worried. Can Season 6 recapture the magic?

Maybe it's just the trailer. Maybe the actual episodes will be amazing. Fingers crossed that the vampires still have some bite left.

We can always rely on Laszlo for a good laugh. Right?
