When Does My Hero Dub Come Out

Okay, let's be real. We've all been there. Staring intensely at our screens, waiting for the next episode of My Hero Academia.
But the *real* question? When does the dub drop?! Seriously, it's the question that keeps me up at night.
The Eternal Wait
Is it just me, or does the wait for the dubbed version feel like an eternity? I mean, I appreciate the sub, I really do.
But sometimes, I just want to chill and not have to read a million words per second. You know? Just me?
The "Official" Answer (and Why I Don't Buy It)
The official line is usually something like "a few weeks after the sub." Okay, cool. "A few weeks." What does that even MEAN?!
Is it two weeks? Three? Is it dependent on the weather in Japan? Give me a DATE, people!
It's like they're deliberately trying to torture us. And honestly, it might be working.
My (Slightly Unpopular) Opinion
Here's where I might get some hate, but I'm gonna say it anyway. I prefer the dub. There, I said it! Don't @ me!
Look, the voice acting in the English dub is fantastic! The emotions are there, the delivery is spot-on.
Plus, I can actually do laundry while watching. Try folding fitted sheets and reading subtitles at the same time. I dare you.
The Frustration is Real
I spend an unreasonable amount of time refreshing various anime websites, hoping for that sweet, sweet notification: "My Hero Academia Dub - Episode X Now Available!"
My friends think I have a problem. They're probably right.
But can you blame me? Plus Ultra!…in English, preferably.
The Search Continues...
So, what's a dedicated dub-watcher to do? We band together! We share rumors! We cross our fingers!
We stalk Funimation's Twitter account like hawks. (Don't judge. You know you do it too.)
And we hold onto the hope that one day, the dub will arrive…and all will be right with the world. Or at least, our anime-watching world.
A Light at the End of the Tunnel?
Sometimes, we get lucky. Sometimes, the release is announced well in advance. It's like winning the lottery!
Those are the good days. The days when I can finally stop refreshing and start enjoying the show.
Until then, the search continues. And the wait…oh, the wait. But hey, at least we have memes to keep us company.
Final Thoughts (and a Plea)
So, to the powers that be: Please, for the love of all that is anime, give us a consistent dub schedule!
Or at least, give us a better way to track the release date. My sanity depends on it!
And to all my fellow dub-watchers out there: Stay strong. We'll get through this together. We are here! (Eventually, in English.)
