As the Business Director, I’m responsible for Information Technology, Finance and Human Resources.Having EMPO as my virtual “back-office staff” allows me to complete my HR responsibilities thoroughly and carefully. It’s great having EMPO HR professionals available for tasks I’m unfamiliar with, rusty at, or just plain don’t have time or a desire to do myself. I request assistance with certain tasks (Affirmative Action Plan, 401(k) issues, complex benefits questions and issues, Open Enrollment, COBRA, etc.) and EMPO does as much or as little as I ask.
