Plus, water isn't the only source of hydration! Think about all those water-rich fruits and veggies you could be munching on.
Watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries…they’re basically water in disguise. Delicious, hydrating disguise.

And let's not forget soup! Soup is basically just fancy, flavored water that you eat with a spoon. Hydration and dinner all in one!

So, next time you hear about the magic number of 68 ounces (or two liters), remember: it's just a guideline.
Don't obsess over it. Don't force-feed yourself water until you feel like a bloated pufferfish.
Focus on listening to your body, finding ways to hydrate that you actually enjoy, and ditching the guilt if you don't quite hit that arbitrary ounce target. I bet your body will thank you for it!
Maybe even with slightly less frequent trips to the restroom.
