Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Raid Rewards 2021

Okay, let's talk Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Raid Rewards from 2021. Remember those? Good times...mostly.
Seriously, am I the only one who thinks the drop rates were...quirky? I swear, getting a specific Super Soul felt like winning the lottery.
The Grind is Real (and Maybe a Little Absurd)
Raids are supposed to be fun, right? Team up, beat a big bad, get cool stuff.
But 2021 felt like...work. Hours spent battling Giant Ape Baby only to get another useless piece of clothing? Ugh.
Don't get me wrong, I love the grind. But there's a difference between challenging and just plain frustrating.
Remember Those Super Souls?
Oh, the Super Souls. The bane of my existence! You'd see videos, like, "OMG THIS SUPER SOUL IS BROKEN!"
Then you'd spend a week trying to get it. Did I ever get that "I've been saving this! Kaioken!" Super Soul? Nope. Still haunts my dreams.
I mean, was it even real? Or just a myth whispered among Xenoverse 2 players?
Costumes: The Consolation Prize (We Didn't Want)
So, you didn't get the Super Soul. Or the artwork. Or the new move.
But hey! You got another duplicate Goku wig! Congratulations?
Seriously, I think my character had more costume pieces than actual usable skills by the end of 2021.
Artwork: A Rare Gem...or a Distant Memory?
The artwork was cool, don't get me wrong. Showing off your raid participation was nice.
But the drop rate? Come on! It felt like finding a unicorn riding a dinosaur.
I think I got maybe two artwork pieces the whole year. And one was probably for a raid I accidentally joined.
Unpopular Opinion Time (Brace Yourselves)
Okay, here's my hot take. The TP Medal rewards were...okay?
Hear me out! Yes, we all wanted the rare stuff. But those medals helped me buy skills I actually needed.
Plus, that sweet, sweet Supreme Kai of Time drip wasn't going to buy itself. Gotta look good while getting destroyed by Omega Shenron!
Did We Even Need All That Stuff?
Honestly, I probably didn't *need* half the rewards I was chasing.
Was that new move really going to make me a better player? Probably not. Would it look cool? Definitely.
The real reward was probably just the satisfaction of finally beating a tough raid with friends (or random strangers online who were way better than me).
Looking Back and Laughing (Mostly)
So, yeah, the Xenoverse 2 Raid Rewards in 2021 were...an experience. A frustrating, rewarding, grindy experience.
But hey, at least we have stories to tell, right? Like that time I spent six hours trying to get a single item?
And maybe, just maybe, Bandai Namco was listening. Maybe the 2022 rewards were a little better? (I said *maybe*).
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go grind for that one Super Soul I'm still missing. Wish me luck!
