How To Draw A Mega Charizard X

Let's be honest. We're here for one reason. Mega Charizard X. He’s the cool Charizard. Don’t @ me.
Step 1: The Torso (It's Basically a Potato)
First, draw a potato. Seriously. A slightly lumpy, oval potato will do nicely.
This is the body. Don't worry about perfect anatomy yet. Potatoes are forgiving.
Step 2: Legs (Chicken Legs, Actually)
Attach some chicken legs. Okay, slightly more muscular chicken legs.
Two in the front, two in the back. Make them thick enough to hold up our potato dragon.
We're not going for graceful here. We want power!
Step 3: Arms (Little T-Rex Arms with Claws)
Now, for the tiny arms. Remember T-Rex? Yeah, those.
Add some claws. Claws are essential for grabbing snacks... and maybe battling.
These arms are mostly for show. Let's be real. He's a dragon. He uses his mouth.
Step 4: The Head (Angry Lizard Time)
Draw a head on top of the potato. An angry lizard head, specifically.
Think of a grumpy iguana. Add some horns for extra meanness.
Don't forget the nostrils! Gotta breathe fire somehow, right?
Step 5: The Tail (Spike It!)
A long tail goes out the back. Give it some weight.
Now, the fun part: spikes! Mega Charizard X is all about the spikes.
Add as many as you deem necessary. The more the merrier (and edgier!).
Step 6: Wings (Bat Wings for the Win)
Let’s give him some awesome wings. Big, bat-like wings.
These are for flying, obviously. Dragons gotta fly!
Make them nice and leathery. Imply the power of flight!
Step 7: Flames (Blue Flames, Because He's Metal)
Draw a flame at the end of his tail. But not just any flame.
This is a blue flame. Why blue? Because Mega Charizard X is awesome!
Also, add flames coming from his mouth. He's a fire-breathing dragon. It's kind of his thing.
Step 8: The Details (Making Him Mega)
Now, the details. This is where Mega Charizard X really shines.
Add some armor plating. Make him look tough. Mega Charizard X ain't messing around.
Give him those little wing-like structures on his shoulders. They're important! And kinda cool.
Step 9: Inking and Coloring (Black is Your Friend)
Ink your drawing. Black ink is perfect for Mega Charizard X.
Color him black. Mostly black, anyway. Remember, he's the dark side of Charizard.
Add some red highlights. A touch of orange for the flames. You know, for contrast.
Step 10: Shadows and Highlights (Give Him Some Pop!)
Add some shadows. This gives him depth. It makes him look less like a flat potato dragon.
Highlights will make him shiny. Shiny is good. Everyone likes shiny things.
Voila! You have your own Mega Charizard X.
Congratulations! (You Survived)
You've done it. You conquered the Mega Charizard X. Go forth and draw more!
Remember, practice makes perfect. So keep at it. You'll be drawing epic dragons in no time.
And remember, Mega Charizard X is the best Charizard. Never forget that.
