How To Fly The Deluxo In Gta 5

Okay, let's talk about flying the Deluxo in GTA 5. It's not exactly rocket science, is it?
Getting Airborne: More Art Than Science
First, find your Deluxo. Hopefully, it's not at the bottom of the ocean, again.
The "Slightly Aggressive Launch"
Press right on the D-pad. Watch those wheels fold in. It's time to be a helicopter, baby!
Hold down that accelerator. Slamming into a wall totally counts as "achieving liftoff," right?
Gently (or not-so-gently) pull back on the left stick. Congratulations, you're (sort of) flying! Try not to hit a blimp. It's embarrassing.
The important thing to note is to not hold it too hard, gentle movements only. The Deluxo is very sensitive.
Mastering the Art of Aerial...Stuff
Now you're airborne, what next? Fly towards that landmark! Or the nearest unsuspecting player. Just kidding... mostly.
Steering is pretty standard. Left stick controls direction. Try to avoid tilting too far. Unless you *want* to barrel roll into a hot dog stand.
Altitude is your friend. Especially when dodging those pesky missiles. Which, let's be honest, are always coming.
The "Improvised Air Brake"
Need to slow down? Tap the brakes. Or just fly into a building. Same difference, really. Just kidding, don't do that!
Realistically, the brakes are a *tad* more effective. A *tad*.
But the building is more fun. Okay, okay, I'm being irresponsible, please use the breaks.
Weaponizing Your Ride: Pew Pew!
The Deluxo isn't just for scenic flights. It's a weapon of vehicular destruction. Embrace it.
Missiles are your best friend. Lock on, fire, and watch the chaos unfold. Feel the power!
Just maybe aim away from civilian areas. Or don't. Your call. Just keep the cops away from you. I'm not sure that's possible in GTA though!
The "Unpopular Opinion" on Missiles
I'm just going to say it: the machine guns are underrated. They're basically high-powered water pistols of doom.
Seriously, try strafing a pedestrian with them. It's strangely satisfying. Don't judge me.
Ok, Ok, just joking. But when you're using missiles and there are none left...just use the machine gun, I guess.
Landing (Hopefully) Without Exploding
Time to come down. This is where things can get...interesting.
Find a nice, flat surface. Or a slightly less-nice, slightly-less-flat surface. Anything will do.
Slowly descend. Try not to panic. Remember what I said about buildings helping you stop?
The "Graceful Descent (or Lack Thereof)"
Tap the brakes. Gently lower yourself. Bracing for impact, but not too hard.
Touchdown! Hopefully, you didn't break anything. Including your spirit.
If you did explode, don't worry. We've all been there. Order another Deluxo. Try again.
And remember, flying the Deluxo is about fun. Embrace the chaos. Laugh at the explosions. And try not to anger too many players.
Happy flying, everyone!
