I Got A New Skill In Another World

So, I went to another world. Don't ask how. It's complicated. Anyway, I learned a new skill.

What Skill Did I Learn? (Spoiler: It's Useful)

I didn't learn magic, sadly. No fireballs for me. I also didn't become a master swordsman.

Instead, I learned...extreme couponing. Yes, you read that right. Extreme Couponing.

Why Couponing? Seriously?

Okay, okay, I know what you're thinking. Couponing? In a fantasy world? Where's the adventure?

But hear me out! This other world had markets. They had shops. And they, believe it or not, had sales!

Plus, let's be honest, being the Hero of Discounted Goods has a certain ring to it.

The Benefits of Being a Couponing Master

First, I got food. Lots of it. Turns out, dragon jerky is quite pricey. Unless you have a coupon!

Second, I made friends. Everyone loves the person who can get them a deal on griffin feathers.

Third, and perhaps most importantly, I saved the kingdom. How? By showing the king how to budget. Seriously.

The king was spending all the gold on fancy hats. Someone had to step in. That someone was me, armed with coupons.

My (Unpopular) Opinion

Here's the thing. I think couponing is the most underrated skill in any reality.

Magic is flashy, sure. But can magic get you 50% off enchanted brooms? I think not.

And who needs a sword when you can haggle the price down to almost nothing?

Now that I'm back (again, don't ask), I'm using my skills here. Groceries are expensive!

Plus, I'm teaching my friends. They were skeptical at first. But now they're saving money on everything.
